Note: The "Band Size" column refers to your snug underbust measurement. The other columns refer to your full bust measurement. Find where your measurements intersect to determine your cup size.
How to Measure Yourself

1. Band Size (Underbust):
Measure snugly around your ribcage, directly under your bust. Ensure the tape is parallel to the floor. If the number is odd, round up to the next even number.

2. Cup Size (Full Bust):
Measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Do not pull tight. For best accuracy, lean forward slightly so gravity helps measure the full volume.

3. Calculate Cup:
Subtract your Band Size from your Full Bust measurement. Each inch difference equals one cup size (1"=A, 2"=B, 3"=C, 4"=D, 5"=DD/E, etc.).

* All measurements are in inches. For bras, measure over a non-padded bra for best results.
* Fit Tip: New bras should feel snug on the loosest hook. As the elastic stretches over time, you can move to tighter hooks.
* If you are between band sizes, try the smaller band first for better support. If between cup sizes, size up for comfort.
